Sarcoma Clinic

Adult Sarcoma Multi-D Program

Welcome to the Adult Sarcoma Multi-D Program, a multidisciplinary cancer treatment clinic located at the Alvin & Lois Lapidus Cancer Institute at Sinai Hospital.

The Adult Sarcoma Multi-D Program treats patients suffering from primary to metastatic bone and soft tissue tumors. These cancers develop in the body's connective tissues, which include fat, muscles, blood vessels, deep skin tissues, nerves, bones and cartilage.

The Adult Sarcoma Multi-D Program provides a comprehensive approach to the treatment of cancer in patients with these unusual malignancies in an effort to provide quality care and to make treatment more convenient for the patient.

Orthopedic oncologist Albert J. Aboulafia, M.D., is joined on the Adult Sarcoma Multi-D Program team by medical oncologist Marvin (Jack) Feldman, M.D., and radiation oncologist Cardella W. Coleman, M.D. Our specialist physicians work collaboratively to determine patients' individualized treatment plans based on their cancer diagnosis and medical history. Patients are also informed about clinical research trials in which they may be eligible to participate.

A major component of this multidisciplinary program is continuous follow-up consultations with each patient. The Adult Sarcoma Multi-D Program team may monitor patients closely for years following their treatment.

To schedule an appointment or to learn more about the Adult Sarcoma Multi-D Program, please call 410-601-4606.
